Marvellous March ideas!

Good day, F1RST to knowers!
 
We are currently caught during that time of year for us, where its really, just not that busy and we have some time to get creative! While we are busy getting everything ready for a busy wedding season, I have put my thinking cap on, for what we can do to keep our catering staff busy during this down period. My staff is my number one priority, I want them to get their full time hours regardless of what we have on the go, which often involves thinking outside of the box a couple months of the year. Winter and spring end up being our slower time, and during the summer we couldn’t be busier. As I reflect on my business, I am so grateful for my customers that always think of us, and have us be a part of life’s most monumental occasions. Those occasions tend to be during the summer, or throughout the holidays and we will always do everything we can, to accommodate them all! As I reflect further on my business, I always think “where is there an opportunity for growth?”, “Is there a market that is under-serviced?”, “Is there a market we haven’t tapped with full potential?”. Everything brings me back to Lunch catering. Lunch catering is the biggest part of operations, for catering companies in the city, where they are constantly serving corporations. This is the smallest part of our business, which is the biggest opportunity for us to grow! We launched a corporate catering menu over the last few months, which has been really well received. In an effort to promote this, I have launched a promotion for March and April!
 
$20/person catered lunch promo!
Over the course of the next couple months, we will be offering a different menu from the corporate luncheon package. The price is the same, as it is on the package, but you will receive free dessert for every guest, which is typically $5/person. You will also be entered into a draw to win a $500 gift card towards catering. You will receive one entry, for every guest that you order for. If you order multiple times over the next couple months, these will be added up for more entries!
 
Attached you will find the promo, as well as our corporate luncheon menu package. I have also attached our drop off buffet menu package which is a little bit more elevated, but gives a good idea of some options for dinner whether it be at work or home. The buffet dinner packages we typically serve in/on real platters, bowls, boards, chafing dishes, etc. We have found that lots of corporate lunch catering just wants everything setup quick, easy, hot and delicious, so we are just serving those meals in disposable pans/platters.
 
As always, we are happy to customize anything for your gathering ! For the sake of the promo, and the price, no accommodations can be made to these menus (aside from dietary restrictions). If you wish to order anything from the other menus, you are welcome to do so! We are still offering regular catering during this time.
 


Friday Night Takeout!
Takeout was something that kept us alive during COVID. We had fun with it, while being able to deliver what our customers wanted ! We still offer takeout on a nightly basis with our regular menu, but there is a couple items in constant demand that we don’t have on our regular menu. We think these items are perfect for a Friday night, so we thought offering them for takeout would be a great idea. Perch Dinners and Prime Rib ! Please find the menu attached with ordering instructions also. (We will let you in on a little secret. We are working on setting up a little takeout depot on site/market, which you will also be able to buy our frozen meals, dressings, soups, etc!.. more on this to come if all goes well)

 
Monday Buffets!
These have been a hit, and have somehow become our busiest day of the week! We haven’t been promoting them too much, as we have been filling up every week and only have so much space! The menu changes every week with a different theme and is just $45/person! We operate it between 5&8pm. Reservations are mandatory as space is very limited. This upcoming week is an Argentinian theme! Please find the menu attached
