Marvellous March ideas!

We are currently caught during that time of year for us, where its really, just not that busy and we have some time to get creative! While we are busy getting everything ready for a busy wedding season, I have put my thinking cap on, for what we can do to keep our catering staff busy during this down period. My staff is my number one priority, I want them to get their full time hours regardless of what we have on the go, which often involves thinking outside of the box a couple months of the year. Winter and spring end up being our slower time, and during the summer we couldn’t be busier. As I reflect on my business, I am so grateful for my customers that always think of us, and have us be a part of life’s most monumental occasions. Those occasions tend to be during the summer, or throughout the holidays and we will always do everything we can, to accommodate them all! As I reflect further on my business, I always think “where is there an opportunity for growth?”, “Is there a market that is under-serviced?”, “Is there a market we haven’t tapped with full potential?”. Everything brings me back to Lunch catering. Lunch catering is the biggest part of operations, for catering companies in the city, where they are constantly serving corporations. This is the smallest part of our business, which is the biggest opportunity for us to grow! We launched a corporate catering menu over the last few months, which has been really well received. In an effort to promote this, I have launched a promotion for March and April!
